For those who don't know, Thyrfing is a Viking Metal band from Sweden who
have near perfected their form. Described in the words of Thyrfing's singer,
Thomas, "We reflect Viking Metal not only in our lyrics, but also in the mood
of our songs." Very well stated. One of the best songs, Ur Askan Ett Rike,
has a great sound and feeling flowing out of it. Other songs start out with
an epic keyboard arrangement that sets you up for the greatness ahead. A must
buy for any true Viking Metal fan.
